Mushroom Rise · The 30-Day Rise Ritual

Make your morning count.

Real coffee. Six mushroom extracts. Ashwagandha. All in a morning ritual you can make your own.

Over the next thirty days, find your favorite cup, make it part of your morning, and see how it fits your day. Start with the classic, try the frother recipes, and keep a few notes along the way. Your first cup starts here.

1 · Make your first cup

Spoon. Stir. Rise.

Spoon

Add one 3 g serving of Mushroom Rise to a mug, following the serving size on your bag.

Stir

Add about 250 mL of hot water and stir well. Adjust the water next time if you prefer a stronger or lighter cup.

Rise

Add milk or your usual sweetener if you like. Take a sip before changing anything else.

Your blend already contains coffee and caffeine. If you are replacing your usual coffee, count this cup as part of your caffeine intake.

A spoon is enough. If you have a handheld frother, follow its instructions and leave room in your mug for the liquid to move. Avoid splashing hot liquid, and follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions.

2 · Make it yours

Five cups, one serving each.

Water, milk, or ice changes the drink's strength and size, not the amount of coffee blend you used.

Classic

The everyday cup

  • One serving
  • About 250 mL hot water

Stir well. Adjust water to taste.

Oat latte

Soft and creamy

  • One serving
  • 60 mL hot water
  • 200 mL warm oat milk

Stir the coffee into the water. Add the milk; froth separately if desired and your device allows it.

Iced Rise

For warm mornings

  • One serving
  • 60 mL hot water
  • Ice
  • 150 mL cold water or milk

Dissolve the coffee in the hot water, then add cold liquid and ice. Use a glass suitable for the temperature change.

Cacao mocha

Dark and rich

  • One serving
  • 1 teaspoon cacao
  • About 250 mL hot water or milk

Make a smooth paste with a little liquid, then stir in the rest. Sweeten to taste.

Cinnamon vanilla

Warm and sweet

  • One serving
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A few drops of vanilla
  • About 250 mL warm milk

Stir together. Add cinnamon lightly and adjust to taste.

3 · Give your morning an upgrade

Same mug, new habit.

Make Mushroom Rise in place of your usual first coffee. Choose a recipe you look forward to and a moment that works for you: before the commute, alongside breakfast, or as you settle into the day.

Pay attention to your whole experience: the taste, your morning energy, your afternoons, and whether this is a routine you want to keep. The tracker makes it easy to compare your first impressions with the end of the month.

This is real coffee with caffeine, so choose your timing with that in mind and count your other caffeinated drinks too. Caffeine information (FDA)

4 · Your month, at your pace

One useful thing at a time.

Before your first cup

Write down what you want from your morning coffee and how your usual routine feels.

Days 1–7

Find your favorite cup. Try the classic, adjust the water or milk to taste, and choose your morning moment.

Days 8–14

Settle into your routine. Keep the preparation consistent and make a quick note about your mornings and afternoons.

Days 15–21

Try another recipe if you want variety. A missed day is fine; you do not need an extra serving to catch up.

Days 22–30

Look back at your notes. Did you enjoy it? Was it easy to fit into your morning? Would you buy it again?

Make the ritual work for you. The tracker is optional, and our team is here if you need a hand along the way.

5 · An optional tracker

Thirty boxes, four check-ins.

Tick a day when you make a cup. Leave it blank if you do not. Use the notes only if they help. Nothing here is saved or sent anywhere; print it or keep it on paper.

Ask before combining it with other mushroom or ashwagandha supplements. If it makes you feel unwell, stop using it and seek medical advice as appropriate.

8 · A closer look at the research

Why these ingredients attract attention.

There is a reason these ingredients attract research interest. Here are some of the human studies behind that interest. They used particular preparations and doses, rather than testing Mushroom Rise coffee, so they do not establish the same results from our blend.

Ashwagandha

Studies of defined extracts have reported improvements in perceived stress, and some have found improved sleep. 2024 study · 2026 study

Lion's Mane

A small human trial found faster performance on one attention task after a dose, alongside mixed results on other measures. It is a promising area for further research. 2023 pilot

Cordyceps

Researchers studying a Cordyceps-containing mushroom blend reported improvements on some measures of exercise tolerance. Exercise study

Turkey Tail

A human study found that a specific polysaccharopeptide preparation changed the gut microbiome in ways consistent with prebiotic activity. Microbiome study

Reishi, Maitake, and Chaga complete our six-mushroom blend. The label lists the blend total rather than each mushroom separately.
