Mushroom Rise began with a simple frustration: mushroom supplements were either mystery powders grown on grain or capsules that never became a habit. We wanted the real thing — fruiting-body extracts, third-party tested, in a form we'd actually use every day.
The habit that stuck wasn't another capsule. It was coffee — the ritual already built into every morning. So we blended six fruiting-body mushroom extracts and ashwagandha into smooth arabica instant coffee: the focus and calm we were after, in the cup we were already drinking.
