Label to label
If you're looking for a Ryze alternative, you've probably already noticed something odd.
Ryze tells you there's 2,000 mg of a “Super6™ blend” in the bag. Six mushrooms, one trademarked name, one big number.
We tell you 150 mg of each. Six mushrooms. 900 mg total. Every milligram printed on the label.
Their number is bigger. So let's deal with that first, because it's the reason most people bounce off this page convinced they already know the answer.

2,000 mg sounds like a lot. It might be a lot. The problem is you have no way to check, because “Super6™” is a proprietary blend — which means Ryze is allowed to give you the total and skip the parts. So they do.
That 2,000 mg could be 1,900 mg of the cheapest mushroom and 20 mg of everything else. It could also be 333 mg each, split perfectly evenly. There is no way to know from the bag, and there's no way to know from their website.
Ours is 150 mg each, stated. Not because 150 is a magic number — because if you're going to print a total, print the parts.
Here's the thing most people find out too late. A lot of mushroom powder on the market isn't mushroom. It's mycelium — the root-like network — grown in a bag of oats or rice, then ground up whole, grain and all.
The two are nearly impossible to separate once grown. So a serving of “mushroom blend” can be substantially grain starch carrying the same species name at a fraction of the cost.
Real fruiting-body extract — the actual cap and stem, hot-water extracted to break down the chitin so your body can absorb it — costs several times more to make.
Ryze's label says “Full Spectrum Mushroom Blend.” It doesn't say fruiting body. It doesn't say extract. Ours prints “fruiting body” in the Supplement Facts next to every one of the six, and the lab reports show the beta-glucan levels that only fruiting body delivers.
Milligrams are the wrong unit.
Beta-glucans are the polysaccharides you're actually buying when you buy a mushroom supplement. They're measurable. They're what a lab tests for. And they're the reason two bags with identical mushroom names can be worth wildly different amounts of money.
Ryze does not publish beta-glucan content. We publish it: over 270 mg per cup, verified by two independent US labs.
We also publish the certificates. All six, covering four extracts, beta-glucans and species markers checked, every page scanned in full — not summarised, not cropped. They're here.
Ryze publishes none.
So: they're asking you to trust a big round number. We're handing you the lab report. Those are different sizes of claim.
A comparison page where you win every row looks like marketing. Here's where they beat us:
That $27 is an intro price. The refill is $36 a month, every month after.
Ours is $29.99, first month and every month.
Per cup, ongoing: they're $1.20. We're $1.00. Over a year, that's about $72 — two free bags' worth.
One bag, thirty mornings, $29.99 on subscription. Six fruiting-body extracts at 150 mg each, ashwagandha, real arabica, no fillers. Free US shipping. Free milk frother with your first order. The 30-Day Rise Protocol included.

A note from the founder
I couldn't get a single mushroom coffee brand to tell me how much mushroom was actually in the bag. So I built one with 150 mg of real fruiting-body extract from six mushrooms, paid two independent labs to test it, and published every certificate. Tastes like coffee. Skips the 2:40 crash.Read the full story →
