Try Mushroom Coffee for 30 days. If it is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund your order in full. No questions asked.
You keep everything. Do not send anything back: not the bag, even if it is empty, and not the frother. There is no return label and no form.
How to claim it. Email hello@mushroomrise.com from the address you ordered with, with your order number and the word "refund". We reply within one business day and the refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Subscriptions. The guarantee covers your first subscription shipment the same way. You can pause, skip or cancel the subscription at any time from your account, and no further bags are charged after you cancel.
Limits. One guarantee refund per household. The guarantee covers purchases made on mushroomrise.com; for orders bought elsewhere, please contact the seller.
Damaged or wrong items. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo and we ship a replacement at no cost.
